MUSTARD, Bau Sin (50 days) Brassica juncea

A Unique variety from the spicy species of mustard – Brassica juncea, that is typically quite pungent. This variety is unique in that it is among the sweetest and mildest of this class of mustards.  Bau Sin has golden green leaves that have pink to purple veination that eventually wrap together to conceal a mild blanched heart.  This heart forming trait is entirely unique in spicy mustards that typically have a more open form.  Thanks to Wild Garden Seeds for this cool discovery.  SSF.
