Broccoli, Waltham  Brassica oleracea var italica (60-90 days) ORGANIC

Compact cold resilient broccoli variety with large 4-8 inch heads. Rich blue green in color with sturdy long stalks, one large main head with some off shoots.  Named for the city of Waltham, Massachusetts where it was developed at the University of Massachusetts in the 1950's. Hardy zones 3-10. Excellent for fall plantings. HEIRLOOM
