Dense bunches of aromatic dark green leaves. Long-standing, bolt-tolerant plants. Compared to Santo, Caribe has a slightly thinner stem, higher vigor, more seeds & better bolt resistance. Caribe leaf as in all Cilantro is used as a the flavorful and cooling kitchen herb or save the seed as coriander for a warming and pungent addition to your meals.
