Peas, Sugar Magnolia

Pisum sativum (70 days) 

This the first purple podded snap pea and the result of over 15 years of breeding work by Dr. Alan Kapuler.  Vines grow up to 7’ so support with trellising.  Pretty pink flowers and dark violet pods are crisp and sweet.  They are best picked before they become too mature to keep them producing.
