Adorable winter squash bred by Michael Mazourek of Cornell University in collaboration with Stone Barn Center Food and Agriculture chef Dan Barber. Fruits start off as a dark green and meld into a bright honey colored orange when ripe. Sweeter and smaller than a Butternut squash, the perfect size for easy eating. Stores up to around 2 months.
