snowball is the classic open pollinated variety that reliably makes large, snow-white 6-7" heads that are well protected by outer leaves. Outer leaves wrap tightly around the head so that it is self-blanching. To successfully grow cauliflower, give it plenty of fertility and more space than broccoli.  Can be grown as a spring or late summer/fall crop.
