Seven Seeds Farm
(60 days) Brassica oleracea
A unique perennial vegetable that was brought to the USA by enslaved African people and has been propagated and passed on by African American growers ever since. Tree collards can be propagated through stem cuttings or seed. We are offering seed from plants sourced from Doug Gosling & Chris Hominacs. Stems and veins are purple with blue waxy leaves that are very cold hardy and can become a short lived (2-10 years) perennial growing up to 6 feet tall and equal in spread. SSF.
