A large family heirloom from Washington. Incredible softneck garlic with very long storage life. This variety may last you the whole year, until your next garlic harvest in proper storage conditions. An excellent choice for braiding due to long pliable stems and bright white hue. Large pearly white bulbs with cloves consistently larger than other silverskin types. Mild garlic flavor when cooked and spicy when raw!
