Seven Seeds Farm
Cucumis melo
Bred by Dr. Henry Munger at Cornell University in 1944. This variety is an excellent producer of 3-6 pound slightly oval fruits with a tough, heavily netted rind that resists rot and insect predation. Flesh is deep orange and wonderfully sweet and rich. Resistant to fusarium wilt.
