Seven Seeds Farm
Capsicum baccatum
A really interesting species of pepper to grow that is a bit later maturing than Capsicum annum species, however the plants grow tall to 30-40” and produce an abundant set of dozens of 2” bell-shaped fruits with little “wings” that protrude out from the center. Ripens from green to orange to a medium red. Flavor is sweet & spicy, seeds can be quite spicy.
