A delightful little chili that is related to the famed chiltepin landrace of southern Texas, aka “bird-peppers”. Plant is a short (12”) bush covered with dozens of small (1/2”) fruits that ripen from green to red. Suitable for container gardens. Makes good chili flakes. Quite hot = 30-60,000 SHU.
