Glebionis coronaria
Lovely, finely dissected, aromatic Chrysanthemum leaves are used fresh in salads, as a tangy garnish, pickles, sushi or fresh vegetable dishes. Direct sow thickly and cut repeatedly when 4-8" tall for a continuous supply. If left to flower the plant grows to about 36" tall with pretty 1" golden yellow blooms that may also be used as an edible flower.
