Arugula, Roquette  Eruca sativa (30 days)

One of our favorite greens, Roquette, is a different species then the other Arugula we carry. Deeply lobed matte green leaves, with a bright mild flavor in colder temperatures. Flowers and under ripe seed pods are edible as well. Arugula is best direct sown into soil and as a cut and come again green.
