A very productive traditional netted cantaloupe with excellent flavor. Texture is smooth and firm. Highly prolific, each plant can produce 10-12, 2-4 pound melons successfully even with the cool nights of our mountain farm. A good open pollinated melon for market growers. Growers Strong Roots Farm in Potter Valley considered this their favorite orange fleshed melon after trying many others.  We hope that you will agree!  SRF
