Seven Seeds Farm
A Midwest native annual wildflower also known as ‘Plains Coreopsis’ that makes a wonderful showy border plant. Grows to a 30” high bush covered with hundreds of burgundy and gold 1½” blooms. Great for use in wildflower plantings. Derives its Latin species name, tinctoria, from it’s use as a textile dye plant. Also serves well in bouquets as a cut flower. Cut regularly for months of blooms. A good flower for dyeing fibers. SSF.
