Champion, Collards  Brassica oleracea  (70-75 days)

Gorgeous paddle shaped blue-green leaves on sturdy plants. Developed in 1979 and stabilized over the years to be an excellent open pollinated collard. Slow to bolt making it an excellent choice for warm climates. Cold hardy and fairly resistant to disease and pests.
