We obtained this seed from seedsman, Doug Gosling 20 years ago, where this plant bedazzled garden-goers and salad eaters with its iridescent magenta leaves.  Flavor is tender and uniquely rich.  Self sows readily if allowed to go to seed.  Heat tolerant.  Flowering plants can reach 5 feet tall.  SSF
