Dill, Mammoth Bouquet

Anethum graveolens (40-60 days)

The classic dill for using the fresh greens as a seasoning or the dried seeds. Vigorous, grows quite tall (3-5 feet). Graces gardens with its pungent sweet aroma and pickle recipes with that certain ‘je ne sais quoi’. If allowed to go to seed they tend to volunteer in subsequent seasons. Also used as a beautiful bouquet filler!
