Fenugreek

Trigonella foenum-graecum

An annual plant in the pea family which may be a perennial in zones 9-11.  Fenugreek is a well known culinary and medicinal herb particularly in India. Grows similarly to clover and has a distinct maple syrup like scent and flavor. Direct sow into the garden in mid to late Spring. Plants should be 3-6” apart.
