Levisticum officinale

Perennial. Related to celery and parsley this vigorous growing garden herb has been called the “Queen of the Umbels” and can reach heights of 7’ tall!  Its leaves, seeds and roots have been used to season soups and salads for centuries.  Originally from a variety of Mediterranean basin regions, it has also been used widely for a long list of medicinal values.  SSF
