This quick growing mustard produces good sized yellow seeds that are ground into a meal to mix with vinegar and other spices to make table mustard. Very easy and rewarding to grow. Will not cross-pollinate with other mustards. Some sources mention being able to make mustard from Brassica juncea, which we tried, and it was so spicy that it was inedible! This is the stuff-get it!
